Two years have gone by since the first Iron Fist Tournament. Kazuya, thanks to a coup d'etat, became leader of the MFE. Although the ranks of his enemies decreased, Kazuya decided to eliminate them once and for all. He organized a second tournament with a prize ten times higher than that offered to first Tekken. The fighters come from the whole world and the majority of those have obscure motivations. Surprisingly Heihachi also returns. Everyone believed he dead in the end of the first tournament. He comes to take again his place of leader to the MFE and to eliminate his son...

Tekken is back one year later (for the greatest pleasure of the fans!). Although the gameplay remained the same one, Tekken 2 was still a success. A superb FMV of introduction and magnificent endings for all characters, a game even faster as the first, a 3D finer, fighters even more realistic but also appearance of new characters which constitute with the old ones more than 25 fighters. It keeps its place of leader in fighting games.
