Tekken 4 deceived its fans, Tekken 5 reconsiders its origins and reconciles the press as well as the players. Released on consoles soon after the arcade release, Tekken 5 celebrates the 10 years of Tekken, with a collector box including an arcade stick ion limited edition by Hori, a DVD case for his own games, an artbook and a copy of the game. Tekken 5 is one of the most beautiful PS2 game : wonderful stages, detailed characters, impressive special effects... Many new things in the game : destructible elements, come back of infinite stages, arcade mode against "ghost" to gain ranks, Devil Within mode, the adventure game of Jin, customization of characters... An extention has been added for the arcade, Tekken 5.1 which has a readjustment of the damages. Namco prepares a big update of the game under the name of Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection with new characters and new stages.
